Yes. That and the disbarred attorney they used when they issued the 5.1 in 2016. I don’t get why an opinion letter was even needed or given then because they were restricted shares. I did see that Friedland himself made the necessary adjustments in 2017 to get the legend removed but your comment and this one are two questions i would like cleared up if anyone knows. Thanks.
