so in looking at historical from May 2017's (52 week low reset then @ 63c) .. and just how many weeks *imo* NR *held* IPIX sub 70c .. imo today's efforts were almost too predictable .. take out the time frames of controlled take ups .. and see
just how long this last round has been in play by *imo* NR (Non Retail) .. which means today's *volume* *imo* is no where near what is required .. but again as I've noted a few times ..

as always NR faces two issues .. news out of mgmt that can't be manipulated and losing a controlled take up on *volume* that isn't washed between CEs

breaking out .. data with Monthly Volume Reported via MMs .. since last May (2017) .. reminder name/ticker/cusip changed in the front half of June 2017 (IPIX/CTIX)
