if they (NR) holds to priors (patterns) ..imo we may well see what I refer to as a controlled take up .. each round that has been done .. gets done at a lower PPS

so NR *consolidated* (imo washed trades between CEs (colluding entities) for weeks sub 70c .. if able to NR may well see IPIX taken to say 70 to 76c .. so that those who bought in the sub 70c down to the last 52 week reset done this week .. can be persuaded to *trade* those *shares*

the issue remains imo .. how many retail are willing to trade *shares of significance* at this point in time ..

as always NR faces two issues .. news out of mgmt that can't be manipulated and losing a controlled take up on *volume* that isn't washed between CEs

curious to see how handled ..
