no, you misunderstand. Now I don't buy the validity or usefulness or his operation, but his business attempts to prevent and discourage short selling and cheating by MMs by monitoring and fluidly reporting whats going on publicly and directly to the SEC, among other things. The business takes advantage of the rules to make "friendly suggestions" to players that aren't at all ignorant, that they're exposed, hence they wouldn't want to continue what they're doing having been notified and newly impossibly ignorant.
