While death and taxes are indeed 'certainties' I must say the latter or third one of yours is absolutely NOT certain... ie my RXMD which for many months and in fact over a year lingered under .02 has in the past six weeks skyrocketed to near .20 today ... THAT is because there is a REAL and TRUE business making revenues/profit so while in OTC it has the great chance of graduating to a higher exchange.
Most of the few solid companies in OTC don't do ridiculous promos but just do it by the book while slow and gradual because all great things take time to achieve.
THAT is what I'm looking for with JBZY... everything to date only indicates that to me.
