Yes,, the PPS will rebound and come back up---the sad part is , that when it starts doing what we invested for in the first place is,, a huge percent of those who are in the hole now will be sellers as soon as they get even,, or a few bucks ahead---
They will say , ""whew"", "wow, I got my money back and I never thought I would" and the PPS will continue on up while they hunt for another stock.
Over my years as a broker/dealer/trader that is the single biggest deterrent for individual investors to making big money---as soon as they are even the critics (wife mostly) will be pressuring them:: to get out NOW with a profit while you can.
When actually, that is the proper and less risky time to be doubling up.
