It absolutely is officially filed with WYSOS, but the company still has to actually act on it and tell FINRA to execute the change. Normally that's a very fast process. For some it's a little slower, for example, TKRG became HDIH and did a R/S but that still took 3 weeks to show up on the daily list. We're beyond that now.
