TGR, I'm gonna let your venting sit because we all

I'm going to point out a few things here that may brighten your outlook a little bit.
1) There is no mistaking that this company is the real deal. There's been a ton of information uncovered in the last year that cannot be overlooked. We are finding more stuff every day in our core group of longs, but not everything we find makes it here because some of it paints an incomplete picture and posting that just leaves it open for the shorts and bashers to come in and try to cast doubt on it. Our core group of longs have been dealing with that for over a year and simply put we just got tired of it. Suffice it to say, there's plenty of information being uncovered about the moving parts of this stock even though Wang refuses to publicly announce it.
2) The reason I made the Baidu reference the other day was because right before Baidu went big time they had in the weeks leading up to that event over 2000 shareholders, but because they didn't turn the information faucet on by the time it was go time, that number had reduced to just over 200. Those 200 something people are now among the 1%ers. Exiting now would be like paying to see a title fight and leaving after the last undercard.
3) I have seen a lot over the last year, so much information it's impossible to keep it all straight if you don't write it down, but what I can tell you is that one thing has been consistent, and that is that Wang has consistently only communicated with us via financials. Sure, there have been a couple of press releases and obviously the FINRA debacle delayed his plans, but I'm telling you, he is moving. Here's a couple of events laid out that may help you see things are happening:
A) Finra approves Oct 20, name change happens Oct 25.
Nov 3 company merges in China company
C) Lawsuit is resolved mid Jan in anticipation of New Year
D) Shareholder meeting occurs a few days later
E) R/S amendment is drafted (but has yet to be executed)
F) Chinese New Year
G) Pending Fins... HAVE to come by next month.
H) (may be simultaneous to G) either RS effected OR uplist without
All of that has occured in the last 4 or so months.... So things ARE happening... And in the meantime we keep finding out more about the long star deals and production bases which will directly increase our revenue with our ownership stake, and other deals in the works.
The bottom line is, if after fins you are still not convinced, you should still see an increase in price if you want to exit. If you do it before then you would be very foolish.
FWIW.
