You are so far from the truth. There are so many

The only ones taking this down are the MM's, followed by the shorters, because they make money in the spread. IMHO, the MM's let it go up slightly, so they can sell shares that they don't have at a higher PPS and then they ratchet it down to a lower PPS, to buy shares to cover the shorted shares. The MM's undercut the ask many times and/or they fill sell orders, at lower than the ask, to artificially stifle the market. Shorters piggyback on the MM's methodology to make their money. They have to keep it in a controlled spread because if they let it run freely, they will have a hard time containing the PPS because this is ready to blow its top.
IMHO, those that want your shares cheaper are the ones putting up large walls to try to bait shareholders into sell their shares into the bid by creating an illusion that people are selling large blocks of shares, thus discouraging some shareholders into selling into the bid.
Once the financials come out, the downward trend will cease and we will see an upward move that will be talked about for many years.
