The qixin was updated March 1st. Here you go:
Foreign Investment of Shenzen Jinbo Investment Holding Group in ZJMY
Foreign Investment
Shenzen Jinbo is still invested in ZJMY.
Han Zhiming is still listed as a shareholder in ZJMY.
Equity transfers of ZJMY stakes
Han Zhiming still Majority Stakeholder/Equity Transfers
For the idiots who keep saying Wang is no longer involved with ZJMY, there it is, Wang Group, and Han Zhiming is also STILL INVOLVED and MAJORITY STAKEHOLDER.
Lastly,
Job Postings for ZJMY
Job listings
Look there, there are new job postings LESS THAN A WEEK OLD for ZJMY!! Why the hell would they be hiring people for a company they've abandoned?!
Now, I don't know what you're talking about with Jinbo annual meeting not being discussed, because ALL of Jinbo's plates got discussed at the annual meeting. Not a single soul on this board was present for that meeting, however, we did have a source present who sent back info.
You do realize Jinbo is more than just ZJMY right? They are talking about the other plates because events JUST happened with all of the ones you mentioned. Also you're full of crap because the production bases are being talked about a lot, especially the ones where Long Star is involved. I don't know what the hell you're talking about with report for 2017 because the annual hasn't been filed yet. In fact, your admission that you no longer have a skin in the game took your credibility from 0 to negative in my opinion.
What's clear to me is you don't have a clue about how this stuff all interlocks together, and you're now on the outside looking in with no shares and now are just talking crap on the stock because you never really got it. We're finding out plenty about ZJMY in the last two months without sifting through Jinbo's stuff.
There is a huge saturation of people TRYING to get into the EV sector in China, but China picks its winners and losers and who the government shows the love to is who will be left standing when this is over. Wang has the backing of both Wang Group (78 companies) and Jinbo Group (20+ companies) to make the leap. Not to mention all the patents.
You will either wise up and buy back in or get left in the dust with the rest of the longs who didn't have the constitution to see this through. The rest of us will be the Baidu 200.
