You can have all the doubts you want. At least you're TRYING to provide some evidence that makes you think the way you do. Here's what I think:

You said something about the tax status. It's not a big deal it literally has no repercussions except that the company can't e-file stuff until it's resolved. When they want to file something, they'll pay the yearly fees.

You then posted elsewhere about the In the Ming Yang New Energy Car Trading Co. We've all known about that for awhile. You're acting like the two companies are mutually exclusive and can't co-exist, which is stupid. They are two separate branches on the same tree and they serve different functions in the grand scheme.

You quoted the qixin site and cited Han Zhiming's involvement in the Trading company, but that same website will show you the Han Zhiming is also still part of In the Ming Yang New Energy Technology Co as well. If he had exited that company it would state that in the shareholder or executive changes sections.

I'll give you some points for being better at finding information than most of the bashers out there because they either don't know how to search in China or they just choose not to because everything they find will hinder their cause rather than justify it.... But you're still months behind everyone else who has already produced all of this information. Get better. Then tell me if you still have concerns.
