The two most obvious reasons would be either to get the share price to Nasdaq level or to make room in the share structure for acquisitions. Since 100:1 doesn't get us to the price point we need on it's own at the level we are currently trading at, it's not a reasonable explanation on it's own.
If this RS was solely to suck more money out of shareholders, Wang would have diluted the crap out of this ticker the whole last year along with PR's to pump the price. There have been no PR's and no dilution. In the last year he has issued only 13 million new shares and that was to clean up any outstanding convertibles and for some other purposes relating to getting this company's books in order. So that theory is out.
Wang bought this shell to go public, and that is exactly what he's going to do with it in a big way. Anyone who has even done a TINY bit of DD on this stock knows that Wang Group and Jinbo group (both of which Wang owns) are huge. Wang Group has at least 78 companies and Jinbo is over 20. The idea that Wang would need to suck money out of penny players for no other purpose than to screw them is laughable and absurd.
I'm not gonna sit here and let people post garbage supposition and then provide absolutely 0 basis for it. So if that's all you've got, go bash somewhere else where your claims might actually have merit.
Hold tight to your shares, Wangsters. If you think there will not inevitably be some other SS adjustments in the future after the uplist, you'd still be looking to bag about 60x in the next year or two. Wait for fins and then decide what you want to do. But in my opinion anyone who bails before then is going to have some suicide watch regrets later on.
