The Trump Campaign never thought they would win. We all remember how disorganized the trump people were when they found out they had won.
Paul Manafort , Trumps Campaign manager had been taking millions of dollars as donations to the campaign from russian special interest groups. Manafort expected to lose thus allowing him and the group to keep the millions of donations.
But they won.
Now they gotta do something with this money.
