My thought is that there were approx 40m shares dumped at the time of the news the court case was dropped, which was more likely those shares being disposed of if that was linked to the case. at that time it also briefly hit under .02, but was quickly brought up again.
the dumping yesterday was more likely weak hands panicking and flippers taking advantage, an easy 100% from 1.2 to 2.2
you could only really know if you had a copy of the share register to see the changes, perhaps the company is monitoring holdings via this? perhaps not.
we dont know if the r/s will actually happen, also if it does ahppen, we dont know how many new shares would be issued. cant imagine wang coverting his pref shares as its how he maintains a silent control. he´s not in this to sell out, he is like custodian of the company and assets on behalf of the govt who has financed & allowed them to build all this in the first place. IMO only
