I guess you know everything! Based upon your logic, he is going to RS his financial adviser and right hand man, who owns around 140 million common shares and his US lawyer, who owns around 7 million common shares. IMHO, not a very good way to keep a good friend and his right hand man and his lawyer, who could spell disaster for his US entry into NASDAQ.
