Your post says a lot about how much you really know about this company. I have been here since February 2017, when the original DD was dug up about what this company might be. WE got it wrong the first time, but we got it right the second time. The DD has gotten stronger and more on the mark than we had imagined. IMHO, if only the battery and the EV plate have been brought in we will be golden. If more plates are brought in, we will be set for life.
An RS or an increase in the A/S was needed to allow for all of the partnerships and alliances to be fulfilled within the share structure. IMHO, value will be brought in with the reduction in our share count by the RS. I don't whine and complain because I know what I own and I own many shares. I haven't sold one share of what I have accumulated. I am just waiting for the big reveal that will come when the financials are released, then I will plan where to go next.
Anyone who doesn't believe in this company can sell when they want. I don't believe that there will be a shortage of buyers. There wasn't any today and, IMHO, there won't be any in the future. An RS doesn't scare me when I know that it is adjusting the share structure to bring value to the company, which is what I believe this RS is all about. This is an emerging growth company, which is growing so fast, that the current share structure can't accommodate the growth. This is just my opinion based upon the DD that has been brought to light.
