Anyone want to comment on the info I received----
And perhaps comment that either this or an A/S increase---
B/C the last Quarter financial clearly shows that the OS plus the Converted Preffereds is greater than the current A/S--
So , either a reverse as the new CUSIP number says or an increase in the A/s----and we have no info about that---only that we have a new CUSIP number that is on "hold"---
Hold for what??? until the financials ???so that good financial news can offset the negative impact of the R/S---

The CUSIP 466102209 was assigned due to a reverse split and it is still pending for the issuer JB&ZJMY HLDG CO INC. We have not received the effective date of the split. The ratio is not available. Thank you and have a good day.
