I believe there could have been that further discussion. Quick glance at a 3yr chart, 2016 the stock was.under.05 for 1yr before update, -- ,.03 the last half of 2016.---, after 12/20/2016 update the stock went to .08 and higher, held above .05 for 1yr after update.
