Imo the modifications to the agreement benefit both companies.
In the case of RS, the agreement terminates. Crownbridge is good because they don’t have to bother.
In the case of financing coming through, mmex benefits from higher pps and less shares given to crownbridge for the $3 million and crownbridge benefits because they know they will be able to profit.
