We had a PR that for those who have shares with NTEK as of particular date (February??) Will receive shares from NTGL according to the percentage of shares you have with NTEK. Those shares are for distribution for individual shareholders. Though, new NTEK management knows what's best for us and NTEK, I'm hoping we will not be shortchanged.
