To put the NTGL share discussion to rest, DF messaged me when I brought up the issue on the board a day or two ago. I did not want to post it here due to the backlash I get every time I post something unfavorable, even when it is just the facts/ truth, but it sounds like it may answer a lot of your questions. This was his message copy and pasted:
"you are not the owners of the shares, NTEK is, and NTEK Management has sole discretion how it handles its assets. If shareholders don't want Management to make those decisions, they can vote in new management next year."
Dont shoot the messenger, I just thought I would help stop the speculation. I am sure this will be discussed in the SH update this week as it is apparently public information since it was shared with me. To be honest, I couldnt care less what they do with the shares- you dont miss what you never had. I just hope this was a failed promise on old mgmt, and one of the last we'll see with the new team in place...
