I think the "honeymoon" with CEO Mr. Heddle is now over. After several years as CEO, shareholders can now consider him an abusive spouse. It's a relationship which they should probably break at some point.

Maybe in a few years, PTOI can mix things up better, maybe reverse split, add new shares, sell the shell and pitch a new business to give investors a new opportunity to throw good money after bad. Excitement can then ensue and investors would be happy that they stuck it out for the new opportunity.

I ran across an old post on another board which triggered the deja vu for PTOI and I had to post:

- "What you are failing to understand is that John Stanton left the company in a world of hurt. Mr. Parilla has the talent and connections to repair the harm caused by John Stanton whose karma by the way is catching up to him fast .
WITH $RNDR WE NEED TO LOOK FORWARD NOT BACK. STANTON IS HISTORY AND MR. PARILLA IS NOW AT THE HELM, " --

Does that sound familiar from when Mr. Bordynuik left PTOI and Mr. Heddle took the helm?? After a few years, shareholders received another beating and Mr. Parilla was ultimately charged with fraud by the SEC for false statements regarding his new business plan.

It's amazing how much these penny stock schemes rhyme. The penny stock schemes most successful at parting investors from their money all have message board zealots who fight skeptics/warnings tooth and nail to ensure more investors lose their money. Proponents don't read from the same script...they just generate identical scripts.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
