no what some of us actual investors believe is that stock that is actually loaned out .. gets *returned* b4 being *re-loaned* .. and that stock held in cash accts (not margin accts) is *NOT* utilized by colluding entities .. even if it's just for a 30 second reset to restart a new round for another CE ..
