$INSY Looking forward to the start of trading on Monday. The past week may have suffered from another Press Release that indicated New York would also seek damages from INSYS Therapeutics. No big surprise for anyone. States and the lawyers within the States can smell the aroma of suing someone from light years away.
The last go around with the proposed litigation caused INSY to tumble but it quickly regained traction and went up over $2/share in a hurry. I do not know if this pattern WILL continue but I suspect that INSY will appreciate in value this week.
In my opinion, this is a good investment that should look even better by 2020.
