Consistent with the latest Press Release from New York, INSY share price declined. Press, in this case BAD press, links INSY with the opioid crisis in New York WITHOUT providing complete information about the number of patients who use the medication manufactured by INSYS Therapeutics. According to the response provided by INSYS Therapeutics less than 700 patients have used the INSYS manufactured drug. Less 700 patients out of OVER 1 MILLION patients who use opioid drugs in New York.
It appears that, sometimes, it is easier to bully a smaller company than to go after the LARGE manufacturers who can contribute large sums of money to politicians coffers. This is an observation and NOT an accusation.
The Share Price WILL rebound. Executive Management of INSYS Therapeutics has taken swift and positive action to respond to New York.
