While doing a search for DOLV merger I uncovered a link to Trends Mergers and Acquisitions which is a business that helps with reverse merger transactions and has been providing M & A services, along with capital raising capabilities to companies in the United States and internationally. They serve as a vehicle to access capital markets around the globe.
Shortly after discovering the page I noticed that DOLV was listed under "2016 closed deals"

Now, this is where it gets really interesting. We know that WANG acquired the DOLV shell in late 2016. So, after going over more of the TMA website I discovered a very familiar looking man by the name of Jon Doukas. Jon Doukas is a managing partner of TMA (Trends Mergers & Acquisitions LLC) and works directly with the CEO and Founder of the company, Clinton Greyling, to vet and determine if they will work with a private company and help bring them public.
Here is a picture and description of Jon Doukas

Now remember how I said that Wang took control of the DOLV shell in late 2016? Well, I believe that Trends Mergers & Acquisitions may be playing a larger role in the entire process because here is another picture posted on 5/05/2017 with Dequn Wang/Wang Jinlai and Jon Doukas in the same picture at an event in China.

Now, if you need a better understanding of what TMA (Trends Mergers & Acquisitions LLC) does as a company to help private companies become public, simply listen to this interview posted 4 days ago that features the managing partner Jon Doukas himself.
