I truly cannot imagine why an identity (in all its forms) thinks is so important to try to disrupt this board. There is nothing to be gained by trying to influence some individual shareholders at this point, given that the strength of the company's pipeline and the fiscal discipline of the management ultimately will overcome any silly bashing or altercations that they create on message boards.
Looks like panic to me.
Of course, the alternative is that a troubled individual is doing this because of his own problems that make him seek attention.
