If they have automated production good chance they violate QMC patents.
For example, DDHawk posted today about a university just discovering 'new' QDSC. New? Not hardly. Dozens of researchers have researched QDSC over the last 20 years. They are using the PR to raise money to fund more research. I am convinced lots of researchers only want funding to continue research jobs rather than actually produce products.
