The myth of being the only public company is not true and continues to fad fast as more enter. I read an article on a Dutch company using mass production techniques for quantum dots as well.
There does need to be a push for news or results here. We could miss out on the race being consumed with legal, filing, and SEC issues.
So far the lack of a clear plan or timeline does not help or protect shareholders investments.
