I didn't remember reading that NovoDerm filing. Well, it was 3 years ago. But did AMBS really make all these payments? It's complex, but seems to me that the license could only be exercised (after the 10M payment) once all the other payments had been settled.
My other question, is do we really have the diagnostics unit back and what's going to happen with it? MS Precise? Has anyone asked GC or should I do it.
