Matt works extensively with technology companies to both enforce clients’ intellectual property rights and defend clients from patent infringement claims. Lance is experienced in performing pre-suit analyses, identifying invalidity, infringement and claim construction positions, and engaging in all aspects of discovery in district courts, including drafting motions, responding to discovery requests, and preparing witnesses for deposition.
