$LWLG I have been involved in dozens of M&A deals both personally and profesionally and have accumulated LWLG shares over 40 times during the last 13 months.
The potential of Lightwave Logic changing the game in several multi Billion Dollar industries is extremely good during 2018 and if that is the case I would vote yes on my shares for a buyout of $3 Billion which is approximately $42 per share.
Seven months ago Verizon acquired the 5G network from Clearpath for $3.1 Billion and they only had sales of a couple hundred thousand dollars.
I would be curious on how many LWLG investors would give their price per share that they would vote yes as only shareholders have a vote.
Anyone with a figure of less than $10 per share would be a very inexperienced investor that doesn’t understand the potential of their business.
I’m sure this will be discussed among the larger shareholders at the ASM this May. - wise
