I looked over all of that information and didn't see anything that's new at all. There are lots of numbers being thrown around but a lot of times I find that the translator messes up numbers. Like sometimes I will use my translator on a picture and instead of something like... 48% (which is what it's supposed to say) it will say 4800.
Everything dated 1/23 is 1/23/2017 and not 2018. There's nothing 2018 in any of it that I can see. If you see something I missed, please let me know.
The only 2018 thing on any of those pages that I could see is at the very top where it says 'update data' 2018-01-21
