understanding the IPOs

Thanks Jamie for this take/explanation. I'm still confused, however, about the subsidiary IPOs. If each of these subs issues their own 20M or 40M or whatever of stock, doesn't that create dilution for AMBS or does it just create more value, like you are saying?
