I’m going to offer my opinion on that one, because the company hasn’t done any PR’s, they have kept this under the vest while working with the Chinese Gov’t and working on getting things done first and also done right before any type of stock promotion. Here in the states we promote much earlier before results, they’ve done the complete opposite IMO
