You saw the video you saw real physical cars presented - that was real.
What pushed it MORE was the price affordability compared to competitors.
Where is a jbzy car ?
Maybe I did but I don't think I was one of the ones that posted ZJMY China was not part of JBZY because it would have been very REDUNDANT among all the other ones who did.
NOW here is my problem separate from the others:
ONE: It makes NO SENSE for a company of their size to be part of a R/M into an AMERICAN SHELL. If they wish to be listed here they can easily do it themselves , ADR's would be workable for them and would have the appropriate PPS to start out with.
TWO: Because of the value SIZE of the already existing company ZJMY that is already OWNED by others. WHY would any company and its shareholders just GIVE itself or a rather large part of its value away. They WON'T . Currently WANG holds ownership control of JBZY through shares and convertible preferred shares. So what kind of deal would he have to make them ? Can only SPEC here of course as to a lot more shares to be issued and then again because of the quantity needed a R/S before or after the R/M to keep the O/S reasonable. So for me that squashes the IDEA of a 3 cent stock going to $$$$ OVERNIGHT
