Can I run this by you for your opinion. I just typed this entire thing out and site not available when I created it......smsh
Assuming we are in the APO process...we RM on nov 3 that is about 75 days ago. Since an APO can be done in 30-45 days....how can we tell when or if the process is going on? I am sure the Form 10 is not available or is it?
Also do you have an idea whole the PIPE is or the underwriter. We need someone with about 30 B $ lol. I have heard names bantered about but am looking for a specific PIPE.
Once the APO is done, it is announced and the PPS changes to a price they determine and sell it for 4 yo 5 months till it reaches the NAV (net asset value)
