I think its great that they are going to IPO the current subsidiaries (MANF, ELTO and ESS) with new installed management.

Our current market cap is around 7 million.

So if we get those IPO's done for every subsidiary, i would assume we will be worth a whole lot more then we are currently. Plus no more dilution at the parent company.

The question is, is how much is each IPO worth to the market?

MANF how many millions? (many many studies worldwide)
ELTO ??? (proven safety etc.)
ESS ??? (proven data already)

It will be interesting to see how much ELTO will be worth when they IPO.
No idea what that is currently worth.
If that is a succes then watch out with MANF and ESS.

ESS and MANF is worth a lot imo.

If AMBS management execute properly this year, we could REALLY see a huge appreciation of our pps!

Its all about execution right now, the plan is already in place and looks great imo.
