In the world of Wall Street we hear, often, of those who have gotten in on the ground floor of an IPO (Initial Public Offering)

What are some of the things that differentiate an IPO from an APO (Alternative Public Offering)?

If the company filed a 'Form-10' application, there would, indeed, be a quiet period imposed, at the risk of 'gun-jumping',... a News Blackout, other than the normal expected business operations such as filing timely financial reports, and prospectus, etc...
The evidence that the company is currently under going JUST SUCH A QUIET PERIOD?!?! This was posted to Wechat a yesterday...
Decide for yourself, but don't discount the idea of one of the most MASSIVE APO's stemming from a REVERSE MERGER in HISTORY marching past in front of you now...
