announces it has launched a new wholly-owned subsidiary, LIGA Homes, based in Nashville, Tennessee to focus on the development and sales of primarily residential homes and communities in association with LIG Assets’ Roanoke Texas based wholly-owned subsidiary, LIG Developments, LLC., a steel framing manufacturing and design entity incorporated under the LIG Assets(LIGA) corporate umbrella. The combination of LIGA Homes and LIG Developments will create a powerful vertical integration that controls land purchase, development, construction and real estate sales which will exponentially enhance LIGA’s profitability.
LIGA Homes will serve as the real estate developer branch of LIGA and will continue the Company’s collaboration with famed environmental pioneer and visionary, Mr. Robert Plarr, to deliver affordable, sustainable homes in select communities throughout the United States deploying state-of-the-art technology and methodologies to bring sustainable and disaster resistant housing and commercial developments at a price level that is competitive with traditional construction. LIGA Homes’ business model is designed to provide the average homeowner the ability to purchase a home in one of its developments that is sustainable; thus significantly reducing expenses for water and power.
