My DD is centered around Han Jian Fang, whom I believe to be the heart of this National Electric Vehicle movement. He, along with his colleagues spent many tedious years in developing what is now being called a Disruptive Technology for electric vehicles and the battery swapping stations.
We know that Han Jian Fang performed and wrote about his testing of the Chery Kay Wing 3 model under the WuHu JuJu Electric Vehicle Technology Co. We also know from the business plan that was translated by Floridany was written under the Wuhu Leopard China Electric Vehicle Co. Both of these companies are closely tied together with HJF at the helm.
We know that WuHu Leopard was bought from HJF by Wang Deqan and subsequently placed under Zhong Ji Ming Yang with 70% ownership, 29% ownership by HJF.
My attention was directed to Wuhu JuJu, parked quietly with 225m yuan registered capital and 10 patents. If not already, Wuhu JuJu will also be merged into ZJMY. The network of HJF is vast and powerful, as we will see. One name that I saw in many business associations related to HJF was that of SUN JIE.
SUN JIE is a 10% shareholder in Wuhu JuJU, HJF is majority shareholder with 30%. Look at the business association of Sun Jie:

SUN JIE is General Manager here. The company has a Registered Capital of 212.58M Yuan, formed on 4/20/15.
Note the two trademarks in the Patents tab: Ming Quan
This is the name of the new Chery models.
Zhongci (Zhejiang) Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Co,LTD is invested in most of the companies in this cluster.
The next very interesting company is Zhongci (Qingdao) New Energy Automobile Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.
