Not sure if he became a mod so he could delete the evidence, but the SEC has backups. I saved the posts in my 4" binder LOL where he said GC need to cut a check in a back room to his buddies and all the posts about offshore shorting.
I'm guessing the company may have already reached out to the SEC on how the sp has been under siege by toxics, shorts, corrupted analysts and non stop message board posters that aren't who they appear to be (a.k.a. boileroom).
After my conversation I'm sure they dug into each stock analyst and the paper trail of what they said, what they did and what trades they made along with their friends including offshore buddies.
I assume it takes a year or two to build of enough evidence. Jason was the first on the list. Who will be the second?
Funny things is Martin's lawyer told him to shut up and he couldn't. He continued on digging a deeper hole. Sounds so familiar.

People have to have a lot of guts to post non stop crap on a message board. If they called me, as a long shareholder, guess what, they will call a fake analyst so get your story prepared as to why you spend your life on the AMBS board.
I imagine Jason saying, "We''ll I wasn't the only analyst on the calls" to cut a deal. The first guy gets a deal
I wonder what Spence thinks about the guy that has him on speed dial now?
Fan just hit some s__t.
