I like your post. There is no reason for anyone to spew on either side of the "pump/dump" spectrum.
No CEO in their right mind will tell a shareholder of a RS prior to it happening. That is insider information and must be announced publicly only (so surf asked a question that he should have not asked). I got hit with a RS on another ticker 3 months ago and I will not fault the CEO, I moved on and still watch that ticker for trading opportunities. These are the rules of the game and anyone who gets angry at the company and its execs. shouldnt be trading. Those who bash are doing it with some factual past performances by the company and/or the execs. The only problem with that is, "Past performance is no guarantee of future results."
As far as unicorns and rainbows. Also unrealistic and easily spotted. Unfortunately pumpers are painting pictures of the future and their belief of the potential. This is something each individual needs to decifer on their own through DD. Anything can happen going forward, good or bad.
I believe some of the stuff being spewed on IHUB is shameful. I.E., I AM RAM is a shareholder of UOIP and believes in it while he/she with sidekick sexy are bashing SFOR. FYI, UOIP is under "caveot emptor" and hasnt filed fins. in approx. 2 years. This is the double standard that is B.S.
When Dr.E goes on rants and posts endlessly, to me that is sad. All those posts become giborish simply because he is diluting his own point with too much minutiae. Posting less and to the point is more powerful and carries more meaning.
I take it all with a grain of salt and ALL trading sites have an entertainment value to them. But i do look for info that I can fact check and consider myself to be in the middle of the spetrum but am always an "optimistic trader" regardless of ticker symbol.
