Again, it would have to be a combination of 2 things. If it can be proven that specific posts are affecting the share price and that the deletions and non-deletions on the board are not in accordance with the written IHub TOS, then even if IHub is not intentionally manipulating the price, they could be held liable. If there is no proof that IHub is breaking its own rules, then the TOS itself would have to be challenged in court, which is a long shot since I cannot see anything wrong with the language, but that's not a problem since IHub does indeed abuse its own rules.
Before I was banned by IHub (not even sure why since I had no deletions at the time I was banned), I was getting a lot of good posts "Removed by Admin" before having them reinstated by IH Admin Dan (now retired). This guy was good, going straight by the rules as they are written. The rest of the admins are either stupid, arrogant, or just don't care about being organized.
Point is: IHub deletes a lot of posts that are not TOS violations and they leave up a lot of posts that should be deleted per their rules. This would have to be the foundation starting point for going after them.
