The only thing regarding deletions would be if there were deletions that weren't TOS violations or if there were TOS'd posts that should have been TOS'd, but weren't. You would need to compile a good enough list of that (shouldn't be too hard and there are a bunch). Once you have that list, you could make a case based on whether they are biased against a poster. That, combined with affecting the PPS, would be enough. If PPS was affected by IHUB's violation of its own rules, then a major lawsuit can be filed.
What I was talking about was a little bit different. I was saying that if you have a pattern of IHub posts affecting the PPS much more so than other sites and IHub abuses its authority (jail and posting limit), then a case can be made that IHub does not care if they lose customers due to their abuse of authority because IHub controls the OTC more so than any other stock forum site and the customers need IHub badly. That would be an antitrust violation
