Here's my thoughts and speculations on this week a

Foreign-Looking Statements:
Certain statements, other than purely historical information, including estimates, projections, statements relating to flippers or just generally negative people must stop here. Your ER Stress levels are at stake and MANF is not available for many year to help you. Elto wil be along sooner to help with the aggression although if you are prescribed that by your doctor, you may not remember what you are upset about in the first place. All else fails, buy stock in the ESS sub as all shareholders may get a discount on thick skin and cosmetic covering of their favorite tattoos. (see below)
Factors which could have a material adverse effect on this posting are whether chuckleheads on other boards are able to figure out how to cut and paste longer messages and get around TOS. Guess they are tired of talking to sock puppets.
I was pleasantly surprised.
How so?
Neither extreme happened. The 1000%'ers wereoff and so was the Out of Business predictors.
I figured there was no way that deal would get done by Jan. and said so last week. Feb. was the realistic timeframe in my view https://investorshangout.com/post/view?id=4900375
Why's that?
You start down a path and things always change. The more complex, the higher risk of changes. As soon as I saw the Avant change, there was no doubt the date would be moved. Some said I was making excuses. No, I was just calculating the realistic timeline along with my risk vs. reward. The good news is it was moved and the whole deal wasn't scrapped. The latter I'd wouldn't have expected, but certainly was a risk.
I told you the company would use Avant as an excuse.
We'll actually they didn't.
But, but they promised the deal would get done by Jan. 10th
No they didn't. You heard what you wanted to hear. They said what they were working on.
But why did they do that if it wasn't going to happen?
Because people would bitch. They would cry the company needs to release material events when they happen and pout. The company told people the facts. People filled in the gaps with what they'd like to see happen.
Why didn't the company inform us the second they new the Jan. date wasn't possible?
Because they had to redo the agreements with multiple parties either over the holidays or shortly after.
Will it get moved again?
I doubt it unless something really changes. If you think we shareholders are impatient, think about the "secured creditors and convertible preferred securities holders". They have a lot at stake.
But people said they already has the $1M locked up a month ago and this was a sure thing. They said the deal was likely to get done even before the 10th.
Not sure why people get overly optimistic with any OTC stock. Maybe the first 100 stocks they invest in and the first 1000 PRs, but after than, reality should set in and ground people. Maybe thumbs down people that are overly optimistic as it's no better than overly negative? Overly optimistic people drive the other side crazy and vs. versa. Be nice to put that aside.
Why was there all that selling?
Flippers bailed out. It was going to happen even if they released great news. Flippers were going to take a profit no matter what the news was. It was just a question of at what price. This time I would guess most broke even or took a loss. Now they have a dilemma. Do they buy at this level now or wait as the date approaches. Got to weigh the odds of .10 going to .20, .65, 1.00+
Depending on the news released in the next 45 days, I see this going to .20. Flippers are hoping this drifts down, but that's not going to happen so close to Feb.
How do we get rid of flippers? They are bad for a stock.
Not true. They can be very healthy for a stock. It churns the float and keeps a bit coin type crash from happening. (Oh, wait a second, that hasn't happen yet). The trick is don't tip them off with emotional posts like "WTF just happend?". Unless you just sold right before you posted that, there is no point in fanning the flames of profitability of flippers.
There are two key lines in the update for me:
Quote:
As a result, the Company is also beginning the recruitment process for management teams for each of these subsidiaries.
It's clear they expect to get significant funding. New hires won't work for free like GC and Dr. JC. The fact that they are working for free for so long should be testament they are all in and feel this will take off exponentially. They are not doing this to just get a paycheck sometime in the future.

The independent sourcing of capital for each of Amarantus' subsidiaries will dramatically reduce the Company's need for ongoing funding, thereby limiting further dilution at the parent-company level.
There's your answer of dilution. Amarantus won't get diluted. To get funding, they will sell shares (percentage) of each of the subs.
Let's say they sell 25% or 50% of each. Getting that funding should substantially (likely exponentially) raise the sp of AMBS. This is much better than giving away 90% to BP for single digit royalties like so many start ups do.
What's going to happen AMBS sp when they offer X number of shares of Elto at $#.00.?
I'm looking forwarded to it. That's why I bought more a while back.
