Discussing this case with a highly recognized NY Attorney and he has confirmed that typically a dismissal without prejudice in this stage is likely a settlement made outside of the court with the defendants. the court does not require an explanation as to the settlement made amongst the parties. the settlements are made without prejudice when there are several other parties involved. if we go back and recall from other filings there have been several defendants that never responded with or without an attorney. So, the settlement made will be without prejudice because it would not be in good judgment for DOLV/JBZY to dismiss all the defendants especially the ones that did not come forth. JBZY wants to move forward and therefore came to an agreement for the majority of the shares with the defendants who came forward with attorney's which each party can have a separate settlement agreement. So, this is a very good sign for JBZY!!! we may not know what the actual settlements say for each party, however we do know that it has been done in a matter that it can always be brought up again individually with each defendant if needed going forward. I am sure that the settlements made are in favor of JBZY, or they would not have taken this route.

Here is what is clear….. this is the year of the EV boom, and China is the country that it will explode in First.
The bottom line here is you either believe in JBZY or you don’t. if you do not why in the world would you come to this board day after day and be so negative. My time is money, so I wouldn’t waste a moment rehashing my anger if I lost money here…..I would be utilizing my time somewhere else to make it back.
