I totally agree with your post. It is very possible the cream could be ready and we may just be in the talks of some kind of contractual agreement and possibly very close to a big announcement. It is just speculation at this point but a possibility. Otherwise I'm not really sure what the hold up would be. I thank you for your perspective!
