good to see lots of discussion going on, the board sure has come alive again, YAY! 
Just want to say a few things too.
ODD (orphan drug designation) is valuable in my opinion because its granted if fewer then 200.000 patients need a drug on a yearly basis and when a company get ODD granted then they can ask HUGE prices for the drug.
If they couldn't ask huge prices the company would never develop any drugs for rare diseases anymore and those people would never be helped.
I recall Acthar Gel which also has ODD ask like around $38.000 or so per vial (medine). I don't know the exact price but it is enormous!
People of course complain about the huge price but thats another story.
ODD means the company can ask HUGE prices for their drug, which makes it profitable for the company since its only for a small population of sick people.
ELTO has never had much of my interest, actually the least of all our assets but apparently the company thinks differently, so i'll just see how that will turn out. It must have value or they would not still want to develop that with a competition on the market already.
Now that another company has beaten us to market, that will mean that we have to get significant better results then their drug or else ELTO will not be succesfull in my opinion.
If ELTO is only slightly better then people that are on the other drug won't switch fast if the current drug they already use works good.
I recall a company i was invested in before and they had a product but the doctors would not use it for their patients because they just didn't want to risk it because it was not much better then the product the patients were already on and why risk a switch in product if the current product already works sufficiently.
I'm actually very excited about ESS, MANF and MSprecise, those seem to have much potential to me.
Its crazy that with the pipeline Amarantus has i'm 99.9% sure that we will hit a home run with at least 1 asset of ours! Look at ESS, there is already proof that it works! MANF seems like another homerun to me.
All we need is those toxics locked up so that we can recover with our pps and we need funding.
Once those toxics are locked up, i believe the funding will be a whole lot easier to be abtained.
I'm really looking forward to wednesday and i hope GC will deliver something worthwile for us.
