I contemplated the Sessions bad cop Trump good cop

I contemplated the Sessions bad cop Trump good cop scenario but am unsure. Trump has caved or gone along with all the old big business. I don't think sessions does a thing he is not told to. Big Pharma, status quo medical, privatized prisons do not want to see these changes. At least a showdown is coming. Meanwhile trump is quiet about this and reneging on his campaign promise to leave states alone on MJ.
